GOSLINO
The company’s history began in the 1950s when Mario Goslino opened the first chocolate laboratory among the hills of the Langa Astigiana. Even today, the company creates traditional recipes using high-quality raw materials, including Piedmont Hazelnut IGP, and follows the rules of craftsmanship in a modern and efficient working environment. The chocolate is carefully selected from the best suppliers and produced directly in the laboratory starting from precious masses. From its very first steps, in that small laboratory among the hills, Goslino Cioccolato continues to produce following the Italian tradition appreciated worldwide.

CAVALIER VICENZI
The company was founded in 1955 by Franco Vicenzi, an expert pastry chef who specialized in the ancient recipe of amaretti in Mombaruzzo. Over time, the pastry shop evolved from a small artisanal shop to a full-fledged company. In 2014, the well known distributor Eataly selected Cavalier Vicenzi’s soft amaretti as quality enogastronomic products. Cavalier Vicenzi’s amaretti thus conquered the high-end international confectionery market, reaching not only Europe but also Canada and the United States, thanks to its high-quality ingredients that deliver a soft, fragrant, and genuine product to the final customer, with an exceptional and unforgettable taste.
